This is usually useful when you get a new phone or your authenticator app is not working properly.
1) Hover over My Account in the top right corner of the EMR. Then click Account Management.
2) Navigate to Security + Passwords from the options on the left.
3) Select Edit in the Cell Phone section and follow the instructions in the EMR.
You’ll need to enter the phone number you want to receive codes on, press Text Me and then enter the code we send you into the Text Message Number box.
Lastly enter the password you use to login to AVA and click Save.
