Editing Your Connect Profile
Connect users can make changes to their profiles directly from the Connect platform. Information like your address, email, and cellphone number can be adjusted without involving external parties.
This article refers to your profile on Connect that consists of non-medical information. The process to update and add your Biometrics (height, weight, blood pressure) can be found here: How to input your Biometrics. Editing Your Profile
1. You can access your profile settings through:
a) The Connect dashboard:
b) The Navigation menu on the top left corner of your screen:
2. Once on the Patient Profile screen, you can edit any field by selecting it.
You will be prompted with several different fields to edit depending on the selected section.
The Patient Profile screen will also allow you to enable appointment reminders via email or text.
